If you are the buyer and wish to transfer all tickets from your order to someone else, you may do so in your Eventbrite account. Please follow these steps below in order to change the name on your ticket confirmation!
1. Log into your Eventbrite account
2. You can see your tickets for the upcoming event on the Tickets page
3. Select your order
4. Select “Edit”
5. Save your changes
If you are the buyer and you wish to keep 1 (or more) of the tickets in the order for yourself but bought 1 (or more) tickets in the same order for someone else, you would wait until the wristband registration process to register each wristband to the person it belongs to. Wristbands will be shipped in February. During the wristband registration process, you will have the opportunity to specify the name of each attendee. In this case, there shouldn't be a need to change the name on the actual ticket.
A few things to note here,
- The Okeechobee Music & Arts Festival is not responsible for the resale, or transfer of your pass. We will not verify tickets as well. All third party transactions are buyer beware.
With that said, we can only reissue a pass with the original purchaser’s confirmation, as well as a copy of the original purchaser’s ID. This is subject to a $20.00 fee.
If you were shipped the wristband your friend can also use your wristband but make sure your friend registers the wristband in their own name in case we need to help them at a Wristband Customer Service location. If your friend will be picking up the wristband from the box office, make sure they have a copy of your confirmation email, a note from you stating they will be using you ticket, and a copy of your government issued ID. Once your friend receives the wristband from Customer Service they should register it in their own name. If not, and the wristband is lost, there is no way to replace it since we will have no way of tracking the order to their name.
