We understand you have gone through some changes. Unfortunately our fulfillment process has already started and your wristband is already on it’s way to your original address. All is not lost!
We highly recommend to pick up your wristband from the original address, If you are unable to do so, we recommend forwarding your old address to your new address via USPS.
If neither are an option, you can visit our will-call box office with your ID and original confirmation e-mail and we will issue you a new wristband.
